All Valora Goods products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in structure, materials, or workmanship
- Mechanical malfunctions of gaming chairs (e.g., reclining mechanism, lift, or wheels)
- Faulty or damaged PC accessories (if applicable) upon arrival
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Products used for commercial or rental purposes
- Digital products (e.g., game keys) after delivery
🔄 Warranty Claim Process

- Resolution: If approved, we’ll send a replacement part, full replacement, or issue a refund depending on the case.

- We may request that defective items be returned before replacements are issued.
- Replacements do not reset the warranty period.
