All Valora Goods products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in structure, materials, or workmanship
  • Mechanical malfunctions of gaming chairs (e.g., reclining mechanism, lift, or wheels)
  • Faulty or damaged PC accessories (if applicable) upon arrival

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes
  • Digital products (e.g., game keys) after delivery

🔄 Warranty Claim Process

  • Review: Our team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days.
  • Resolution: If approved, we’ll send a replacement part, full replacement, or issue a refund depending on the case.

📝 Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • We may request that defective items be returned before replacements are issued.
  • Replacements do not reset the warranty period.
