Farm Simulator 2014 is another agricultural simulation in the publishing portfolio of the German company UIG Entertainment. The production is addressed to fans of work simulators using professional vehicles and machines.

During the game, the player takes on the role of a farmer running a modern agricultural farm. His duties include primarily operating heavy equipment related to farming (tractors, combines, tillers, etc.). The extensive career mode includes elements of economic strategy, allowing you to develop a modest farm into an agricultural empire.

The gameplay mechanics are based on solutions well-known to fans of agricultural simulators, including the Agrar Simulator series. The essence of the game is driving various vehicles and machines, which have been carefully reproduced in terms of appearance and technical parameters based on authentic models of popular brands (including Krampe, Rauch, Fliegl and Horsch). Both the driving model and the control system have been suitably simplified, so that even less experienced players should have no problems operating virtual agricultural machinery.

A novelty introduced in Farm Simulator 2014 is the advanced weather system. It takes into account weather conditions accompanying agricultural work in different seasons of the year. During the game, players must cope with, among others, winter snowfall, spring storms, summer droughts and autumn rain.

In terms of visuals, Farm Simulator 2014 does not differ from the standards set by earlier agricultural games published by UIG (e.g. Agrar Simulator 2013). The game offers three-dimensional graphics with detailed machine models and impressively presented agricultural landscapes.
