Mining Simulator is a game in which we play the role of a person supervising mining operations. The German development studio UIG Entertainment, whose portfolio includes titles such as Heavy Transport Simulator and Road Works Simulator, is responsible for preparing the discussed production.

The key gameplay mode is career, in which you have to complete a series of scenarios with an increasing level of difficulty. The next stages mainly concern digging various tunnels, which, depending on the mission assumptions, can pass under both small embankments and extensive mountain ranges. The whole process is divided into several basic stages. In most situations, the first step is the skillful placement of explosives. Only after they are detonated do the proper mining machines come into action, which include primarily huge drills, although bulldozers, supply trucks and cranes are also available.

An important feature of the game in question is that it allows you to take control of each of the machines involved in mining work. Interestingly, mining work can be carried out both during the day and under the cover of night. The performance of the tasks entrusted to us may be hindered by changing weather conditions and unforeseen events, such as failures of equipment used, fires or flooding of tunnels being bored.
